Every Home We Remodel Starts with You

Some clients come to us knowing exactly what they want. Some only know how they want the space to feel. We’re good at working with both.

TS Renovations has been transforming homes across Chittenden County and the surrounding areas with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and more.

Our goal is to give Vermont homeowners a remodeling experience they didn’t know was possible - one where the planning feels as good as the reveal, the team is as reliable as the result, and the finished space is exactly what they imagined.

We’ve been doing this since 2006, and there’s a lot more to build!

Residential Remodeling in Vermont

Beautiful spaces, built right. That’s what we show up for every single day.

Modern farmhouse kitchen with wood ceiling beams, oversized island, white cabinets, and rustic pendant lights.

Kitchens

The kitchen is the most-used room in the house, and we treat it that way. Our own crew carries the project from first measurements through cabinetry, countertops, and finish work. The goal: a kitchen that functions the way you live and looks the way you pictured it.

  • Add more storage and make better use of the space you have.
  • Update the look to better reflect your style.
  • Improve the layout for better flow and more usable workspace.
  • Add better lighting where you need it most.

Bathrooms

A bathroom is a small space that makes a big impression. From a primary suite to a tucked-away powder room, our crew handles the tilework in-house. One team carries it from layout through tile, fixtures, and finish.

  • Improve the layout with better storage, a larger vanity, or room for a second sink.
  • Create a shower with more space, easier access, and the features you want.
  • Make room for a separate soaking tub and a place to slow down.
  • Update the tile, fixtures, lighting, and finishes to better reflect your style.

Whole-Home Renovations

A whole-home renovation is every room, every detail, planned before anything is touched. It's the most ambitious project most people take on, and the most rewarding, because you get to rethink how the whole home lives. One team carries the entire house, from layout to systems to finishes, so every room feels like it belongs to the same home.

  • Bring new life and style to a home that feels dated.
  • Update aging systems and improve the home’s comfort and efficiency.
  • Reimagine the layout and how the home functions day to day.
  • Bring the spaces together so the home feels cohesive from room to room.

Additions

An addition is extra space that should feel like it was part of the plan from the start. Done well, no one can tell where the old house ends and the new one begins. The trick is matching rooflines, trim, and proportions so it reads as one home.

  • Stay in the home and location you love by giving it the space you need now.
  • Make an existing room work better with a little more space for the kitchen, bath, or living area you really want.
  • Let the home grow with you by adding a primary suite, playroom, office, or even a whole new level.
  • Make more of the Vermont seasons with a covered porch, screened porch, or three-season room.

ADUs

An ADU is a second, self-contained living space on your property, whether a home for aging parents, a guest house, or a rental that helps cover the mortgage. We even built one of our own, The Spruce, to the same standard we hold every project to.

  • Keep aging parents or adult children close while giving everyone their own space.
  • Create a comfortable place for guests, extended family, or longer stays.
  • Generate rental income with a separate home for long-term or short-term use.
  • Increase your property’s value by adding a complete second dwelling.

Deck & Porches

Some of the best moments happen outside. Ours are built to last through Vermont winters and to feel like a true extension of your home, not an afterthought tacked onto the back.

  • Enjoy more of Vermont’s seasons with a covered porch, screened space, or three-season room.
  • Create a space for outdoor living, with room to gather, cook, dine, or simply relax.
  • Refresh or expand an existing deck or porch that’s worn, undersized, or no longer working for you.
  • Add function and character with a covered entry, pool deck, wraparound porch, or better connection between the house and yard.

Custom Homes

We get excited about big ideas, and a custom home is about as big as they come. Taylor trained under a custom home builder early in his career, building from the ground up in Connecticut and Vermont, an instinct that never left. Our first custom home build breaks ground fall 2026 in Charlotte.

  • Build something uniquely yours, shaped around how you live and what home means to you.
  • Make the most of the land you own, or choose a property for its location, views, and surroundings.
  • Create a forever home or second home with the space, style, and details you want from the start.
  • Build what you can’t find on the market, bringing your ideas together into a home that feels entirely your own.

Guiding You Every Step of the Way

From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, every part should feel as good as the result. Most of the stress during a remodel comes from not knowing what happens next. We fix that by building a plan before the project begins. Decisions and details are settled early, so you always know what to expect.

Serving Chittenden County & Beyond

Vermont homes are what we know, and the communities we build in are ones we’re proud to be part of.

We build throughout Chittenden County and the surrounding areas. Generally, we work within about 45 minutes of Williston, which reaches into five counties:

  • Franklin
  • Lamoille
  • Washington
  • Addison
  • Grand Isle

That covers towns like St. Albans, Stowe, Waterbury, Montpelier, Barre, Charlotte, Colchester, Shelburne, Bristol, and the Lake Champlain Islands, and we’re always glad to travel a little beyond that for the right project.

The People Behind Every Project

We’re a team that takes each job personally. We love the work, the details, and the look on someone’s face when they finally see the finished space. That last part is what we’re building toward.

Vermont is tight-knit, and we’re proud to have earned our place here. We did it by doing good work and being genuinely good to people around us.

One project, one relationship, one referral at a time.
